Dear John,
It was a pleasure meeting you last week at my home in Amherst. You and your employees are truly experts at what you do and it shows in every conversation we have. The "can do" attitude is a real breath of fresh air after dealing with other companies that never met my needs. As you know, I'm very hands on and have just enough knowledge of electronics to be dangerous. It's nice to work with people that understand what my vision is and know how to make it happen. We have done extensive remodeling to our house since September which involved a lot of rework to the existing systems. Advanced has been there every step of the way with great suggestions for improvements to the sound and theater system, security system and even the central vac. The media room, master bedroom/bathroom, great room, recreation room, wine cellar and workout area are all so nice and functional since we got the experts at Advanced involved. As a side note, I have two stacked 63" HD plasmas with surround sound and all the bells and whistles at my beach house. Unfortunately, I had everything installed a couple years ago before we met. Well, the system has never worked correctly so I'm really looking forward to getting your company involved to straighten out the mess. Thanks again for making my life so much easier.
