In 2003 Advanced Alarm was selected by Honeywell to be part of their First Alert team of network security dealers throughout the United States, Canada and Latin America. Other security companies can sell Honeywell, but the authorized dealer group receives special training on all of their products, which puts us at an advantage over our competitors.

Recently, Honeywell launched a new product line which they call Lyric. Lyric incorporates home automation technology to their traditional platform. The new keypad sends a video clip of the individual arming or disarming the system to your smart device. When someone rings your doorbell you can view and speak with them on your phone that you can also use for all of your Honeywell security products.

Recently, our technicians and sales staff received their certificate from Honeywell on the full line of Lyric products. We are now a Lyric Certified security dealer. Please come visit us at our showroom for a demonstration.

The IQ Certification Program was founded in 1997 to set standards and provide consumers with a way to identify alarm companies that are committed to excellence. In order to earn IQ Certification, alarm companies must undergo a rigorous evaluation by the IQ Certification Board. Throughout the application process companies must demonstrate that they adhere to the IQ Certification's strict Policies and Guidelines. To ensure these companies continue to meet the IQ Certification standards, they must annually demonstrate to the Board that they meet the IQ Certification guidelines to earn re-certification.
